The Coastal United 98 South Academy traveled to Raleigh this past weekend to
play in the CASL 2009 Shootout.  Playing in the U11 Elite Copa Division, the
girls finished 3rd out of 12 teams.  After a first game 0-2 defeat to SOCA
Express from Charlottesville, VA, the girls defeated CASL Rockets 4-0,
Tophat 17 Navy 4-1 and North Mecklenburg Red 3-0. The team finished the fall
tournament season with 13 wins, 1 tie and 2 loses.
