9/21 BFA-3 Miami FC Kendall-2

Miami FC was awarded a penalty kick off a hand ball that was a controversial call as BFA defender Tradd Lovern blocked a Miami FA cross.  Miami would convert to go ahead 2-1.  Nestor Jaramillo would score a header off a corner kick from Nico Rittmeyer to tie the match.

Bridge FA scored the game winner when Nico Rittmeyer converted a penalty kick after Andrew Settlemire was taken down by the last man.  Brisson’s take, “Anytime you can come down to S. Florida and get points, they are hard earned.  S. Florida teams are so technical and comfortable on the ball at each position.  I credit our guys with a decent performance and the character to come back after being down on two different occasions in the second half.“  Bridge FA improves to 2-1 and Miami Kendall FC drops it first game of the year with a record of 1-1-3.
